What Primal Pulse Music collects

If you join the mailing list, we store your email address and the time you consented. If you send a partnership inquiry, we store your name, email, message, and submission time. If you deliberately use “Chosen by the House,” we store the public social handle, optional contact route, selected permissions, optional note, chosen private address, chosen fictional tone or roughness level, wanted themes, hard limits, profile title, trope title, and song recommendation that you submit. Because these choices may reveal intimate preferences, every use is optional and requires separate positive choices. The private creator studio uses your ChatGPT sign-in identity only to protect creator controls. If you allow private audience analytics, random visitor and session tokens are created in this browser and hashed before server storage. The analytics record sessions, pages, engaged time, broad location and device information, referral source and limited actions such as test completions or Spotify clicks. They do not store raw IP addresses, names, email addresses, test answers, private addresses or intimate preference selections.

Why the data is used

Mailing-list data is used to send releases and project news after consent. Inquiry data is used to respond to the message you send. “Chosen by the House” data is used only according to the individual permissions you select: viewing the named public profile, considering submitted information as fictional character inspiration, considering a personalised story, or contacting you. Submission never guarantees selection. Creator identity data is used for security. Consent-based analytics are used only to understand traffic, improve the experience and measure whether visitors reach music or interactive features. Primal Pulse Music does not sell personal information or use analytics for cross-site advertising. Power Test answers and scores stay on your device; only the limited titles and recommendation you explicitly include in a private submission leave it.

Spotify and external media

Spotify players are blocked until you choose to load external media. After loading a player, Spotify may process technical and account information under its own privacy terms. You can refuse and still use the rest of this website.

Retention and your rights

Mailing-list data is kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Inquiries are kept only as long as reasonably necessary to respond and maintain business records. New or declined private story submissions are automatically removed after 180 days; selected submissions are reviewed and deleted when no longer needed. The device that submitted receives a private removal key and can delete the submission from the site. Analytics sessions and events are automatically removed after 90 days. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time through Cookie settings. Under European data-protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability and may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
